Success Story Saturday: Bulging Lumbar Disks

"I had been suffering with lower back pain and a sharp, shooting pain down my left leg that was getting worse for one month.  Getting out of bed was the worst.  It was also made worse by bending and changing positions. I have a physical job in HVAC and it was hard to work.  An MRI showed that I had deteriorating and bulging disks in my lower back, and I wanted to avoid surgery.

I came to the Besso Clinic of Chiropractic and was evaluated.  Dr. Geoff found a subluxation in my neck and at L5.  I started NUCCA upper cervical chiropractic care and began to notice some relief within two months.

One year later, thanks to Dr. Geoff, some lifestyle changes, and modifying my daily work load, my pain is completely gone.  Now I'm on maintenance to keep it healthy."
