5 Signs that Your Spine is Not In Line

The spinal column remains straight and balanced as long as the weight of the head is centered over the neck. When the weight of the head is shifted off center, due to an accident or injury, the body will compensate and move into an imbalanced position. In an effort to keep the head centered over the neck, the spine and pelvis will twist and lock into a stressed position.

This twisting, or imbalance, that is created will eventually show up in a few interesting ways.

Spine Imbalance shows up with:

1. One of the legs being longer or shorter
2. One hip and shoulder higher or lower
3. Muscle spam
4. Restricted motion or locking of the joints
5. Progressive wear and tear over time

Check out this 4 minute video that much more eloquently describes body imbalance then I do.
